Eight leadership metaphors from a card deck of sixty-six drawn for the
Center for Creative Leadership. The cards will be used in the organization's
training and consulting.



A summary graphic from a small workshop for the Society for College and
University Planning. Cardstorming and graphic recording were both used to
plan a subsequent course offering.


A graphic recording from a university meeting to explore the potential for an
ecosystem development on a large piece of property. The original graphic was
used to summarize the day's discussion, and then digitally refined for
distribution afterwards.


In the Office of Campus Space Planning at ECU, a key employee was going on
extended leave, and the other staff members needed to be clear about what
she did and how it all fit in. This image was created as the group talked
about its activities, and was subsequently posted in the office as tool for
explaining what the unit does.

Illustrations for an article on Leadership Transformation. The ideas were
"Culture is not just the elephant in the room - it
is the room" "Culture eats
strategy for breakfast" and "You are
in the culture, and in a very real way you
are the culture."




Graphic records from work with the ECU School of Nursing. Each image was
developed as a composite of cardstorming and graphic facilitation with
stakeholder groups. Digitally finalized versions were used to present the
findings to the Dean's administrative team.



A poster used to propose and agree upon a planning process for the ECU
Department of Recreation and Leisure Services.


A graphic record from a planning session for the Greenville-Pitt County
Chamber of Commerce. The agenda was planned with the President, and
large templates were created on which the graphics and text were added as
the meeting went along.






A poster used at ECU to connect the arduous task of reaccreditation with the
real possibilities and opportunities that could exist within the process.



A poster developed for and used in the Planning Institute of the Society for
College and University Planning.
